Emilia Bourland is an occupational therapist, educator, and healthcare strategist with over 14 years of experience improving outcomes for older adults and caregivers. As Co-Founder of LumaLink, she brings expertise in fall prevention, home modification, and caregiver training, along with a track record of leading innovative programs that enhance patient safety and community engagement. She also serves as President of Higher Standards Caregiver Training and has held clinical and faculty roles across hospitals, rehabilitation settings, and universities.

Andrew Hunt is an entrepreneur and financial advisor with a track record of building and leading wealth management organizations. He is Partner at Hiley Hunt Wealth Management, a fee-only registered investment advisor, and previously founded and served as President of Guide Rock Capital Management. Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership roles at a federally chartered credit union, shaping strategy and operations. Beyond his advisory work, Andrew serves on multiple boards and regularly shares his expertise through workshops on investing, financial well-being, and behavioral finance. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, he holds degrees in accounting and business administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Brett has held senior leadership roles at Heartbeat Health, Butterfly Network, Optum, Signify Health, and Cerner, where she developed and executed go-to-market strategies, built client development teams, and drove multimillion-dollar growth initiatives.

Dr. Marsha Neville, a retired professor of occupational therapy with expertise in rehabilitation and aging, serves as LumaLink’s Director of Community Engagement. She draws on her background in clinical care and academic research—particularly in stroke, traumatic brain injury, and fall prevention—to build partnerships with caregivers, health organizations, and older adults, ensuring that LumaLink’s programs are practical, accessible, and community-centered.

Dr. Anne Gonzalez is a gentrologist dedicated to providing whole-person primary care for older adults. Through her practice she emphasizes long visits, relationship-centered care, and managing the complex health needs that come with aging— without the hassles of insurance billing. She also founded DPC Ads to help Direct Primary Care physicians independently manage their own Facebook and Instagram advertising. Her goal: to support practices in growing sustainably while ensuring seniors get attentive, personalized care that values their dignity and enhances their quality of life.

Founding PA Program Director, Mayo Clinic
Dr. Michael Huckabee is the retired Founding Program Director of the Physician Assistant Program at Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences. Over his career, he has held leadership and faculty roles at Mayo Clinic, the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and Union College, shaping the education and professional development of physician assistants. As an educational consultant, he speaks nationally at graduations, CME programs, and professional gatherings, and advises PA educators and practitioners on leadership and clinical training. Dr. Huckabee holds a PhD in Leadership Studies from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and continues to contribute to health professions education as an adjunct instructor and consultant.
